One of my favorite parts of hosting the InFlow Podcast is having the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with some pretty amazing women leaders.
Over the past 6 months, I have been enormously privileged to connect with Myoshia Boykin-Anderson, Sara Larkins, Lauri Maines, and Rachael Jayne Groover.
All of these incredible women are leaders in their respective fields as well as leaders in their families, communities, and, most importantly, in their own lives.
While these guests have different backgrounds and life stories, they all have in common the desire to grow, learn, and achieve audacious goals. In addition, they all have an overwhelming desire to inspire and empower other women to do the same.
It is such a privilege to be able to engage with powerful women. When I attended my very first real estate investing association meeting more than 18 years ago, I was one of the only women real estate investors in the room.
I can’t begin to tell you how inspiring it is to see women take up leadership positions in traditionally male-dominated fields – be it real estate, technology, or entrepreneurship. Continuing to build a community of strong, empowered women leaders means that we are actively breaking down barriers for our daughters – which is the best legacy that we could possibly create for future generations of women.
I want to take this opportunity to honor each one of you for your bravery and generosity of spirit. In sharing your experiences and insight as women leaders, you have the potential to change lives. Thank you for taking the time to share your stories with my listeners and me.
